Linda Rossetti

Linda Rossetti is an entrepreneur, author, coach and thought-leader on women’s transitions. She serves as Executive Director of Women’s Engagement Resources (WER), a not-for-profit dedicated to increasing the capacity for transition in women. She also serves as Managing Director, Golden S e e d s , L L C , an angel capital network dedicated to providing growth capital to women-led entrepreneurial businesses. She served as EVP of HR and administration at Iron Mountain. Ms. Rossetti was also CEO of EMaven, Inc., a venture capital-backed technology start-up that was acquired by Perot Systems, now Dell Corporation.
Ms. Rosetti focuses her work on women’s transitions and their influence on women’s advancement. Her book, Women & Transition: Reinventing Work and Life, a 5-star rated Amazon top seller, introduces women to a new way of thinking about change, transition and uncertainty. Ms. Rossetti has appeared on NPR, NECN, CBS/WBZ, Money Magazine, The Boston Business Journal, Next Avenue, The Huffington Post and Working Mother Radio. She serves on the board of directors of the Girl Scouts of Eastern MA. Rossetti earned a BA from Simmons College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
